Controllers

Club Esquí Berguedà (tax ID G58674847) and Associació Esportiva Mountain Runners del Berguedà (tax ID G63999817) are joint controllers of the personal data processed for Les Clàssiques Berga. They have agreed to handle all privacy matters through lesclassiquesberga@gmail.com, although you can exercise your rights against either entity.

Enquiries

If you write to us or call us, we use your contact details and the content of your enquiry only to answer it. The legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time. We keep the enquiry for as long as needed to resolve it and then delete it, unless a law requires us to keep it.

Visit statistics

To learn which pages are read and improve the race information, we use Plausible, a cookieless statistics tool hosted at analytics.rogerbg.cat. It measures, in aggregate, the pages visited, the referring website, the device and browser type, the country, the time on each page, scrolling and clicks on the main buttons. To count visits, the IP address and browser are combined into a code that changes every day; the IP address is not stored. The legal basis is the organisers’ legitimate interest in knowing how the site is used. Statistics are kept for a maximum of 25 months. You can object by blocking requests to analytics.rogerbg.cat; the site works the same.

Who else receives the data

We do not share the data with third parties unless required by law. The providers that give us technical services have access to it: the person who maintains the website and statistics service, using Hetzner Online servers in Germany, and Google, which provides our email. If you play the video, YouTube (Google) receives your IP address. Google may process data in the United States under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

Your rights

You can request access to, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, object to processing and withdraw consent by writing to lesclassiquesberga@gmail.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
